1. Commission Structure & Schedule
- The Commission: You will receive a 50% revenue split on the net sale amount of every successful referral transaction brought through your unique link.
- Payout Schedule: Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and are processed on the 1st day of the following month (e.g., commissions earned in January are paid on February 1st).
- Payment Method: All affiliate payouts are sent strictly via PayPal. You must provide a valid PayPal email address in your dashboard to receive funds.
2. Validation & Security (Anti-Fraud)
- No Self-Referrals: You are strictly prohibited from purchasing a DatoneAI subscription through your own affiliate link. Self-referrals will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all balances.
- Chargeback & Dispute Adjustments: While DatoneAI operates under a strict No-Refund Policy for customers, if a payment is officially disputed or charged back by a bank/credit card company prior to payout, the corresponding pending commission will be voided.
- Payout Window: To allow for transaction clearing and fraud prevention, commissions are held in a “Pending” status for a minimum verification window before being marked as “Approved” for the next upcoming payout cycle.
3. Traffic & Promotion Rules
- No Spamming: You agree not to promote your link via unsolicited bulk emailing, comment spamming on blogs/social media, or any form of black-hat marketing.
- No Brand Jacking (PPC): You may not run Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid search campaigns targeting the trademarked name “DatoneAI” or variations of it.
- Accurate Representation: You must represent DatoneAI accurately. Do not make false claims about the tool’s features, pricing, or capabilities.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to review all affiliate traffic. Any violation of these terms, manipulation of the SliceWP tracking system, or fraudulent activity will result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account and the permanent forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
